What is Construction Management?

A Construction Management program will teach you how to manage a construction project from beginning to end (or several projects simultaneously). This will include budgeting, bidding, hiring, managing, and implementation. A construction site is a busy place, and this program teaches you how to be in charge of it. This program will also teach you about the business and legal aspects of the construction industry. Construction Management can be a 2-year or 4-year degree program.
