What is Bible Studies?

Bible Studies (sometimes called “Biblical Studies” or simply “Bible”) is a degree program that explores the Bible, Judaism, and Christianity. Program specifics vary widely from school to school. Different colleges have roots in different denominations of Christianity, and schools range from conservative to relatively liberal. However, all Bible degree programs closely examine the Bible on a variety of levels. Students study world history, Bible languages, Biblical interpretations and implications. Bible Studies is offered at a variety of levels; one can earn a certificate of study, an associate’s degree, a bachelor’s degree, or a graduate degree!
